Tallahassee isn't just where Bri comes from..she comes from the people who built it. A true
Tallahassee Lassie, born and raised in the heart of the Capital City, Bri's family lineage traces to
George W. Saxon — the civic titan who founded Capital City Bank in 1895, one of the oldest
and largest banking institutions in the region; donated the land on North Adams Street where the
Florida Governor's Mansion stands to this day; co-founded Tallahassee's first telephone
company; and owned St. George Island — which wasn't just named after a saint, it was named
after her George. The island you've vacationed on, invested in, or dreamed about carries her
family's name because they put it on the map. When Bri talks about knowing North Florida's
land, history, and lifestyle better than anyone, she isn't making a pitch. She's stating a fact that's
been true for over a century.
That legacy didn't just live in history books…it lived in her backyard. Bri grew up on what
is now known as the Old Willis Dairy, a landmark property with roots stretching back to the
1930s — a masterpiece of North Florida's heritage and a living testament to the craftsmanship
and character of the South. With an award-winning master craftsman father as her guide, she
developed an eye for quality construction, architectural detail, and the kind of lasting value that
only comes from homes built with true intention.
Real estate wasn't a career Bri chose…it’s a calling she was born into. As a third-generation
Realtor®, she carries forward a family tradition of helping people find their place in the
communities they love. Armed with a background in marketing, sales, and photography, Bri
brings a full creative toolkit to every listing and transaction. From the Red Hills of North Florida
to the waterways of South Georgia, she specializes in the full spectrum of lifestyle properties —
oceanfront, plantation, waterway, and city — with a genuine passion for preserving Tallahassee's
architectural character through every deal she touches.
Her résumé doesn't just back up the story…it elevates it. Bri is a Best of Zillow Top 10%
Agent, a TABR Rookie of the Year, an Estex National Real Estate Awards Distinguished Agent,
and a Tallahassee Women's Magazine Women Who Mean Business Rockstar Award Finalist. She
currently serves as Co-Chairman of the TABR MLS Committee and has served on the TABR
Board of Directors — leadership roles that reflect how seriously she takes not just her clients, but
the industry itself.
And perhaps the strongest endorsement of all is the move she just made. After building and
co-leading her own brokerage, Bri made the deliberate decision to join The Big Bend Group®
at Keller Williams — because great agents choose great teams. She isn't just rooted in
Tallahassee's history. She's helping shape its next chapter.

Terry Whigham
Some agents know the market. Terry Whigham knows the land, and there's a difference.
Raised in the city lights of Tallahassee with family roots stretching deep into South Georgia,
Terry grew up between two worlds: the pulse of Florida's Capital City and the raw, untamed
beauty of the Apalachicola National Forest — its longleaf pines, blackwater swamps, oak
bottoms, and sun-drenched upland ridges. Long before he ever held a real estate license, Terry
understood something most agents spend years trying to learn: that in North Florida, the land
isn't just a backdrop. It's the whole story.
Before real estate, Terry spent over 26 years in service to something bigger than himself. As
a veteran of the Florida Army National Guard and a career law enforcement officer — now an
active member of the Florida State Guard — he built his life around discipline, integrity, and
protecting the people who counted on him. Those aren't soft skills. They're an operating standard.
And when Terry retired from that career, he didn't walk away from service. He redirected it,
channeling his lifelong passion for the outdoors and the people of this region into a new mission:
helping families find their place in the land he's always called home.
When Terry entered real estate, he didn't test the waters. He took command. In his very first
year, he earned TABR Rookie of the Year, then quickly rose to serve as Chairman of the RPAC
Committee — two early signals that his move from uniform to real estate wasn't a career change,
it was a natural evolution. Clients recognize in him exactly what those honors reflect: steady
guidance, calm under pressure, and someone who leads by example rather than by script.
Terry's range is what truly sets him apart in this market. From in-town Tallahassee
neighborhoods to rural recreational tracts, from the Red Hills plantation corridor to the coastal
properties of the Forgotten Coast — Terry has walked it, hunted it, studied it, and now sells it.
That depth of regional knowledge means his buyers never overpay and his sellers never leave
value on the table. He doesn't just know what a property is worth on paper; he knows what it's
worth to the right person.
His most recent move says everything about where his career is headed. After co-owning and
operating his own brokerage alongside his wife Bri, Terry made the deliberate, strategic decision
to join The Big Bend Group® at Keller Williams — not because he had to, but because elite
agents choose elite platforms. He arrives with a reputation already built on trust, results, andregional credibility that can't be manufactured. Terry Whigham is a veteran, a community leader,
a husband, and a father of four. He doesn't just sell homes in this region — he has spent his entire
life investing in it.
