As a Tallahassee native, Chance grew up on the red clay hills of eastern Leon County. His love for the outdoors and passion for animals led him to plant his family roots in the small, charming town of Monticello.  Before becoming a licensed Realtor®, Chance worked in his family’s service-oriented business, where he managed client expectations and provided 24-hour customer service for many years. 

His diverse professional experience working as a Federal A&P mechanic and small business owner has provided him an elastic edge in this ever-changing real estate market. It was in this role that he honed his skills for clear and concise communication, which has proven essential in executing results.

Though his peace is found in the outskirts of town, he does not shy away from his professional life in Florida’s capital.
